Test & Production Access
What is the test access? How can I get it?
There are two types of API accesses: the test access with transaction limit and no withdrawals, and the full one without these restrictions. The test access allows you to start the integration with Wallet Pay for the developing purposes. The maximum order amount with this access is 0.1 TON, and the withdrawal function is not available.
If you wish to get the test access right away, please indicate it next to your bot in the application form, so we could grant it during the onboarding process.
How can I upgrade to the full access?
If you currently have test access to the Wallet Pay integration and are looking to upgrade to the full one, we would gladly review your request as long as your bot meets the relevant combination of the criteria listed below:
- Your bot responds to commands and is ready for public release;
- Your bot has clear connection to the marketing channels specified in the application;
- Your bot allows customers to clearly understand the products or services offered, along with purchase conditions;
- The Delivery, Refund, Return Policy for physical goods and Terms of Use are prominently shown to the customers in your bot;
- The Wallet Pay Onboarding Team has access to the private or closed Telegram channels associated with your business;
- Your bot must contain contacts for the support team of your service.
It is important to note that the merchant must adhere to the requirements outlined in the Terms of Use of Wallet Pay and the User Agreement of Wallet. These requirements include:
- The merchant’s business activity must not be restricted, prohibited or unlawful.
- The characteristics of the merchant’s targeted audience align with those specified in the User Agreement of Wallet;
- The merchant adheres to AML/KYC, CTF and Sanctions Policy for regulated businesses;
- The merchant provides the Wallet Pay Onboarding Team with a valid license for regulated businesses (e.g., gambling);
- Risk warning and age disclaimer are prominently displayed in the Telegram bot (e.g., gaming, gambling, or adult).
If your business is connected to 18+ content, then we may require the Terms of Use, age disclaimer, KYC policy, content monitoring policy.
If your bot meets all of these or a relevant combination of these criteria, reach out to our business support team. We will review your application and assist you in gaining full access to the integration as quickly as possible.
Fulfilling all conditions does not guarantee full access, as our team conducts a detailed analysis, and additional information may be requested from the merchant.
