What are jettons and NFTs
A jetton is a form of crypto asset that represents some kind of value on the blockchain. This is a blockchain-based crypto-asset created using a smart contract. Many services create their own jettons to sell goods and services. Multiple users can simultaneously store jettons in their wallets.
NFTs, or non-fungible tokens, are unique assets on the blockchain that can only be owned by one person. Two people cannot own the same NFT at the same time.
Does Wallet support NFTs or jettons
Currently, Wallet supports Notcoin (NOT), DOGS, Hamster Kombat (HMSTR), X and USDT on TON blockchain. You can store USDT (TON) in Dollars balance and use them in the same way you use USDT (TRC-20) coins.
Other than this, Wallet does not support NFTs or jettons. If you send NFTs and jettons to your Wallet address, they will not be displayed in your account and may be lost.
Therefore, we recommend using TON Space for storing these crypto-assets on the TON blockchain.
I accidentally sent NFTs/jettons to Wallet, can they be deposited to my account
If you send USDT via TON, they will be deposited into the Dollars balance of your wallet.
If you send NOT, DOGS, HMSTR or X via TON, they will be deposited accordingly into the Notcoin, Dogs, Hamster Kombat and X Empire balances of your wallet.
As for jettons and NFTs on other networks, it is impossible to deposit them to your Wallet, since the app does not support these crypto-assets, so we can't return NFTs/jettons on the TRC-20 or Bitcoin blockchains.
Therefore, if you send them to Wallet, they will be stored on your address in the blockchain without a chance for a transfer or return.
If you accidentally sent NFTs/jettons (other than USDT, NOT, DOGS, HMSTR or X) on the TON blockchain, please contact the support team, and we will do our best to return the crypto-assets. Please continue reading the article for the information on the return.
How to withdraw NFTs/jettons from Wallet
If you accidentally sent NFTs or jettons (other than NOT, DOGS, HMSTR, USDT and X) on the TON blockchain to your Wallet account, then please write to our support team. We will ask you to:
- Provide us with the TX hash for the NFTs/jettons deposit and the address to which you wish to return the crypto-assets;
- Wait for a support specialist to check the information;
- Top up your Wallet address with the specified TON amount and add a special comment when sending the transaction. Please note that the deposit should be sent from a noncustodial address. Regrettably, it is not possible to send this transaction via Wallet, but you can use TON Space to send the required amount;
- This deposit is necessary to cover the network fee for returning NFTs/jettons to the provided address;
- Fees may vary for the NFT/jettons returns;
- Include a special comment (memo/tag) with your deposit: Manual top up to return Jettons/NFT. This comment helps our system to determine that this deposit is for paying the network fee;
- Wait for the funds to be sent.
What is the network fee for returning NFTs/jettons
The return fee for jettons is approximately 0.12 TON, and for NFTs the fee amount may vary. We will definitely let you know the exact return fee for NFTs/jettons when you contact us.
To return NFTs/jettons, you must top up your Wallet address with the exact specified amount and add a required comment when sending this transaction.
How long will the return process take
The process of returning NFTs/jettons on the TON blockchain may take more than two days after a support specialist takes the case.
