Law Enforcement or Regulatory Requests

I am a law enforcement officer and would like to contact Wallet for cooperation on a case. How should I proceed

Wallet will carefully review each law enforcement request and cooperate on a case-by-case basis to disclose information, in accordance with its internal policies and applicable laws. All communications and requests must be fully verified.

All law enforcement requests should be sent to the following e-mail address: lea@wallet.tg. After you submit your request, you will be prompted to submit your valid proof of identity, authority documentation and your request through a separate form from Sumsub.

We reserve the right to confirm your identity at the law enforcement agency and this might cause additional delay to review the submitted request.

A law enforcement officer working on my case would like to contact Wallet for cooperation on this case. How should I proceed
