Deposit fees and limits

There is no fee for your Wallet deposits, however, there are minimum deposit amounts:

  • USDT (TRC-20) — 0.1 USDT. If you deposit less than 0.1 USDT via TRC-20 network, assets will not be credited to the balance.
  • USDT (TON) — 0.000001 USDT. If you deposit less than 0.000001 USDT via TON network, assets will not be credited to the balance.
  • TON — 0.001 TON.
  • NOT — 0.00001 NOT.
  • DOGS — 1 DOGS.
  • HMSTR — 1 HMSTR.
  • X — 1 X.

Withdrawal fees and limits

Minimum amounts for withdrawal:

  • BTC — 0.0001
  • TON — 0.1
  • USDT — 1
  • NOT — 50
  • DOGS — 1000
  • HMSTR — 150
  • X — 6000 X.

Fee for withdrawal to a wallet address:

  • Toncoin — 0.05 TON
  • USDT (TRC-20) — 3.5 USDT
  • USDT (TON) — 1 USDT
  • Bitcoin — 0.0004 BTC
  • Notcoin — 100 NOT
  • DOGS — 1600 DOGS
  • HMSTR — 300 HMSTR
  • X — 6000 X.

We have temporary increased USDT withdrawal fees for TRC-20 transfers to 3.5 USDT.

You can withdraw USDT via TON network or wait until the TRC-20 fee is back to the usual amount. If you do not wish to wait, and the TON withdrawal option is inconvenient for you, you can also sell your cryptocurrency via the P2P Market. Learn more.

Starting from 04/05/23 we have been applying a flexible BTC withdrawal fee, which you can see prior to making a transfer. This is due to the high load on the Bitcoin blockchain. We are constantly monitoring the situation in the blockchain and adjusting the fee for you so that transactions are confirmed faster.

If you see that the fee is higher than 0.0004 BTC, you can wait until the situation is stabilized and we get back to the previous fee amount. 

Fees do not change depending on the amount of withdrawal.

Exchange rate

Maximum exchange limit in US dollars for all the currency pairs except USDT-TON is $25,000. Maximum exchange limit in US dollars for USDT-TON is $1,000,000.


TON:

  • Minimum amount to exchange TON is 0.1 TON.
  • Minimum amount in TON-X - 2.5 TON.
  • Minimum amount in TON-DOGS and TON-HMSTR pairs is 5 TON.

  • Minimum amount to exchange HMSTR is 1500 HMSTR.
  • Minimum amount in HMSTR-USDT pair is 360 HMSTR.
  • Minimum amount in HMSTR-X pair is 3000 HMSTR.

Exchange fees for HMSTR:

HMSTR -> another cryptocurrency — 8%

another cryptocurrency -> HMSTR — 2%

HMSTR -> X — 2%

X:

  • Minimum amount to exchange X is 20000 X.

Exchange fees for X:

X -> another cryptocurrency — 5%

another cryptocurrency -> X — 2%

Purchase fees and limits

The service of purchasing crypto with a bank card is provided by partners. Payment gateways use a flexible fee. You will immediately see the amount of cryptocurrency you get, so you don't have to make calculations on your own.

Purchase without a fee is possible on our P2P Market.

You can view the purchase limits when selecting a currency pair. To do this, press Add Crypto → Bank Card from the main menu.

If you want to buy cryptocurrency for a larger amount, you can buy it several times.

Limits for transfers to Telegram contacts

There's no fee for direct transfers to your Telegram contacts. However, there are minimum transfer amounts:

  • TON — 1
  • USDT — 0.01
  • NOT — 1
  • DOGS — 1
  • HMSTR — 1
  • X — 1
