Deposit fees and limits

Minimum amount for TON / BTC top-up — there is no minimum limit.

Minimum amount for USDT top-up — 0,1 USDT. If you transfer less than 0,1 USDT, assets will not be credited to the balance.

There is no fee for your wallet deposits.

Withdrawal fees and limits

Minimum amounts for withdrawal:

  • BTC — 0.0001
  • TON — 0.001
  • USDT — 1

Fee for withdrawal to external wallets:

  • Toncoin - 0,05 TON
  • USDT (TRC-20) - 2 USDT
  • USDT (TON) - 0,5 USDT
  • Bitcoin - 0.0004 BTC

Starting from 04/05/23 we have been applying a flexible BTC withdrawal fee, which you can see prior to a transfer. This is due to the high load on the Bitcoin blockchain. We are constantly monitoring the situation in the blockchain and adjusting the fee for you so that transactions are confirmed faster.

If you see that the fee is higher than 0.0004 BTC, you can wait until the situation is stabilized and we get back to the previous fee amount. 

Fees do not change depending on the amount of withdrawal.

Exchange rate

Minimum amounts for exchange:

  • TON — 0,1;
  • BTC — 0,00001;
  • USDT — 1.

You can see the exchange rate during the transaction. To find out the actual exchange rate, select the currency pair you are interested in.

Purchase fees and limits

The service of purchasing crypto with a bank card is provided by partners. Payment gateways use a flexible fee. You will immediately see the amount of cryptocurrency you get, so you don't have to make calculations on your own.

Purchase without a fee is possible on our P2P Market.

You can view the purchase limits when selecting a currency pair. To do this, press Add Crypto → Bank Card from the main menu.  If you want to buy cryptocurrency for a larger amount, you can buy it several times.
