How can I top up my wallet?

You can top up your balance by transferring crypto from an external wallet to your address in Wallet. It is not necessary to add a comment (tag/memo) to deposit funds to your wallet. Wallet does not charge you fees for depositing.

To get your wallet address:

  • In the main menu, open Add Crypto → External Wallet;
  • Choose an asset you want to receive, as well as the network for transfer;
  • Copy the address of your wallet in one click. On the same page you can see the QR-code for your wallet which you can use to deposit by scanning.

Another option to deposit is to buy crypto using your bank card on the P2P Market.

I have sent some crypto to my wallet. How long should I wait for the deposit?

TON are credited instantly. 

USDT are usually deposited in 10 minutes.

BTC are typically credited within 30-60 minutes after the transaction has gained several confirmations in the blockchain. 

If the funds have not been credited to your wallet within the specified time periods, please contact our support team and we will investigate the issue.
