When will I receive my rewards

Rewards are calculated daily on the remaining deposit balance of your Earn account. They can be withdrawn daily or upon closing the deposit. The rewards will be credited in DOGS to your Wallet balance.

You can close the deposit and withdraw your funds with the acquired rewards at any moment.

How much can I deposit into my bonus account

You can deposit up to 300,000 DOGS to your Earn account. There is no minimum deposit amount.

Will the reward be credited to Wallet

Yes, it will. The reward in DOGS will go directly to your Wallet account.

The reward I got today is different from yesterday. Why did this happen

The value of DOGS is volatile and can change drastically based on factors such as market conditions, demand and liquidity.

In case of significant fluctuations in the price of DOGS, the reward amount in DOGS may be modified in accordance with our Terms of the Campaign.

What does APY mean

APY (Annual Percentage Yield) refers to the annual rate of return expressed as a percentage. It represents the annual profit you can expect to earn by placing your funds in the DOGS-DOGS Earn campaign.

How are the rewards calculated? How can I find out how much I will receive after 1 day or after 7 days

Here are the formulas to calculate your reward:

Example: you deposited only 100 DOGS to your Earn account. Your reward for 7 days would be calculated as follows: 100 DOGS x (300/100) x (7/365) = 5.75 DOGS.

What reward will I receive if I deposit 10,000 DOGS on August 25? How do you calculate the reward

The reward calculation is based on the minimum deposit balance from the previous calendar day.

So in the example above the reward for August 26 will be calculated based on a balance of 0 DOGS, as the minimum balance on August 25 was 0 DOGS. The reward for August 27 will be calculated based on the minimum balance on August 26, which is 10,000 DOGS. In that case the reward would be around 82.19 DOGS.

If you kept this same amount in your Wallet Earn account, you would continue to earn an additional 82 DOGS (approximately) every day after, until the end of the campaign. If you deposited more DOGS, you would have a larger daily reward for days that followed.

Will I get my rewards only after verification or starting from the moment I deposit

The rewards are calculated right from the moment you open the Earn account. Rewards will accrue whether you have passed verification (KYC) or not.

However, you must successfully pass verification to withdraw rewards from your Earn account. This can be done on the Campaign page by tapping on ‘Proceed with KYC’.

Reward calculation is based on the minimum deposit balance from the previous calendar day. This means you will start to see rewards accruing one day after your initial deposit.

Can I claim the reward without completing the verification

No, rewards can be received only after successfully completing Wallet verification. If you fail to complete verification, you will be still able to return your DOGS deposit from the Earn account to your Wallet – but any DOGS rewards that you accrued will not be accessible.

I passed verification, but cannot withdraw my rewards

This most likely is due to a low amount of rewards in your Earn account.

The minimum withdrawal amount for rewards is 50 DOGS. If you have less than 50 DOGS in your rewards balance, consider keeping your deposit in the Earn account a little longer until you reach the minimum withdrawal amount.

My verification (KYC) was not successful, will I be able to receive rewards? What will happen to my deposit

No, successful verification is mandatory to receive the rewards you accrued, in accordance with the Terms of the Campaign. If you do not pass the verification process, you will still be able to return your DOGS deposit from the Earn account to your Wallet.

I no longer want to participate in the campaign; how do I withdraw the accrued rewards? How can I close the deposit

You can return your deposit from the Earn account at any time if you wish to no longer participate in the promotion. To do so, tap ‘Close DOGS Campaign & Withdraw’. The deposit will be returned to your DOGS balance in Wallet.

Any rewards you accrued will still be in your Earn account, ready for you to claim. To withdraw your rewards, simply tap ‘Claim Rewards’. After successful verification (KYC), they will be credited to your Wallet.

Please note that the minimum withdrawal amount for rewards is 50 DOGS. If you have less than 50 DOGS in your rewards balance, consider keeping your deposit in the Earn account a little longer until you reach the minimum withdrawal amount.

I withdrew funds from the Campaign and closed my deposit. Can I participate again

Yes, you can participate again. The APY rate may differ if you return outside the current period.

The campaign ended, but I haven't managed to claim my rewards. What will happen to my rewards

You will be able to claim your rewards within 7 days after the campaign's end by tapping ‘Claim Rewards’. If you don't withdraw your rewards until September 6, the accrued rewards will be invoked, and it will not be possible to withdraw them later.

Note: you can withdraw the rewards only if you passed the verification before the end of the campaign.
