What is the Trades button

As long as the Trades slider is enabled, your ad is displayed in the list of available trades. If you plan to stop trading, you can disable it and your ads will not appear in the list of available offers.


How do I change my nickname on the P2P Market

Profile names on the Market are generated automatically. Only users with 'Trusted merchant' status can change their P2P nickname.

How is my rating formed

The rating in the P2P Market is formed on the basis of completed orders.

For example: A buyer creates an order on the seller's ad, and a seller accepts the order. After that, the buyer decides to cancel it or does not send fiat at the specified time. In this case the order will be cancelled, which will be reflected in the buyer's rating. However, it will not impact the seller's rating in this case.

Orders in the completed status have a positive impact on both the seller's and the buyer's ratings


Where can I view my ads

You can find created ads by opening P2P Market → My Ads.


How can I stop my ad

Here is how you can stop your active ad:

  • Open P2P Market → My Ads;
  • Find the ad you want;
  • Tap on Stop.

After that, the funds will again appear on your Wallet balance.


How can I delete my ad

If an ad is not relevant anymore, you can delete it. For this, you need to deactivate it in My Ads tab and tap on the corresponding button.


Why don't I see my ad in the list of available offers

If the ad does not appear in the list of available offers, check that the Trades slider is enabled in My Ads section of the P2P Market.


How do I add and delete a payment method

Go to My Ads → Payment Settings. In this section you can delete, update, or add payment methods.

To delete a payment method, tap on the requisites that you wish to delete, and then tap on 'Remove Payment Method'.


I am not able to delete a payment method. An error pops up - “Cannot delete when used in ad”. What shall I do

It is not possible to delete a payment method, if it was used in an ad, activated at least once before. If a payment method was only added, but not appeared in the ad yet - it is possible to delete.

In this case we recommend that you edit the current payment method (for example, if you wanted to delete it due to outdated data). You can also create a new method by tapping on the button 'Add Payment Method'.
