What is a rating
The P2P Market rating shows how many orders you have successfully completed. This statistic is for all orders — both for buying and for selling.
Where can I see my rating
You can find your rating in your trading profile. Open P2P Market in the main menu and then tap on «My ads». There you can see the number of completed orders and the completion rate percentage.
Which orders are counted in the rating
Only the following are reflected in the profile rating:
- Successfully completed orders.
- Canceled orders (details below).
Order requests that were rejected or not accepted do not affect your rating.
What is considered a canceled order?
There are a few distinctions here:
- If the maker created an ad and the taker created an order request, but the maker rejected the request — this is not considered a cancelled order and does not affect the rating.
If the maker accepted the taker's request (i.e., the order was confirmed by both parties), but then one of the parties initiated a cancellation (either manually or as a result of an appeal) — this is considered a canceled order and will affect the rating.
Thus, only orders that were confirmed by both parties and then either successfully completed or canceled after initiation are included in the rating.
Reasons your rating may decrease
Your rating can go down for several reasons:
- Order cancellation after it has been confirmed by both parties — if you cancel an order that has already been accepted, it may affect your rating
- Violating the conditions of the order — for example, if the seller provides incorrect payment details or refusal to meet the stated in the ad requirements
- Uploading unsuitable files as payment proof — such as attaching a receipt or document that is unrelated to the order
These are the main reasons a rating might decrease, but there may be other contributing factors as well.
The seller provided incorrect payment details — how to avoid a rating decrease when canceling an order
If the seller entered incorrect payment details and the order is still active, you can cancel it by tapping the 'I have a problem' button and selecting 'Invalid payment details'. Be sure to attach a screenshot showing that you were unable to make the payment using the seller’s provided information. We’ll review the order’s details and adjust your rating if the cancellation was not your fault.
If the order has already been canceled, you can still contact our support team, provide the order number, and submit a screenshot confirming that you couldn’t complete the payment due to incorrect details provided by the seller. If the cancellation wasn’t your fault, we’ll review the information and adjust your rating if necessary.
The bank declined the payment — how can I cancel the order without decreasing my rating
If the order is still active, cancel it by tapping the 'I have a problem' button and selecting 'Bank declined the payment' as the reason. Make sure to attach a screenshot confirming the issue — this will help us consider adjusting your rating.
If the order has already been canceled, you can contact support, provide the order number, and attach a screenshot confirming that the bank declined the payment.
Please note: your rating will still be automatically lowered after the order is canceled. However, if the cancellation was not your fault, and you provide the necessary supporting documents, we may adjust the rating after reviewing the information.
Didn’t upload a payment receipt, the order was automatically canceled
If you have already paid for the order, but it was canceled, check out this article that explains in detail what to do in such situations. Please note: if the payment was not made, a canceled order will negatively affect your rating. You can also contact the seller in the order chat and try to agree on completing the order.
I specified in my buy ad that payment would be made strictly by phone/card number, but the seller provided incorrect details
You can cancel the trade by tapping the 'I have a problem' button and selecting 'Invalid payment details'. Make sure to attach a screenshot confirming that you were unable to make the payment using the details provided by the seller.
In this case, your rating may be adjusted, as the cancellation was not your fault.
The bank wanted to charge a transfer fee, I didn’t want to pay it and canceled the order
In this case, the order will not be excluded from your rating, as the buyer bears payment transfer fees. Learn more in the P2P Market's Terms of Use.
I canceled an order and attached a screenshot explaining the reason, but my rating hasn’t been adjusted
Your rating will be adjusted after some time, if you submitted all the necessary information and selected a valid reason for the adjustment. If it hasn't happened yet, your information is likely still being reviewed.
The counterparty opened a dispute on my order — does that mean my rating will go down
Having an open dispute does not affect your rating. Rating is formed based on completed and cancelled orders.
How can I improve my rating
Your rating is based on successful and canceled orders, so keep trading — consistency and activity always help increase your rating.
Other ways to improve your rating:
- Follow the order conditions promptly and accurately — don’t delay actions, especially payment and confirmations.
- Double-check the payment details and instructions to avoid mistakes that could lead to a canceled order.
- Respond quickly in the order chat — this reduces the chances of misunderstandings.
Avoid canceled orders — if the cancellation happens due to your fault (non-payment, delays, mistakes in payment details, etc.), your rating will decrease.
Don’t hesitate to contact support if something goes wrong with an order — timely dispute resolution can help prevent a loss of rating.
I'm a new Wallet user and have a high rating on another platform. Can I transfer my trading statistics to Wallet
We can consider transferring your trading statistics from another platform. To do this, please contact our support team and provide the name of the platform, your UID on that platform, and a screen recording of your personal account that shows:
- Your full name as a merchant
- Your rating and the number of successful orders as both a buyer and a seller
- Your trading turnover over the past month, as well as your all-time turnover
Please note that statistics can only be transferred from one platform. If you trade on multiple platforms, it’s not possible to combine your total turnover for transfer to Wallet.
Also, transferring your rating does not guarantee that you’ll receive the Trusted Merchant status, even if you have that status on another platform. You can learn more about how to get the Trusted Merchant status in Wallet in this article.
Can I reset my rating
You cannot reset your rating, but it can be adjusted if you provide the necessary information to review your statistics. We do not guarantee the adjustment of ratings.
How your rating changes when conducting Auto-Accepted Orders
Important: your rating on the P2P Market may decrease if an auto-accepted order is canceled.
If you're a buyer:
Your rating will be decreased if the order is canceled by you or by the system due to non-payment.
If you're a seller:
Your rating may decrease if:
- You provide incorrect payment details, and the buyer cancels the order.
- You fail to confirm receipt of payment in time during an appeal.
How can I get a document with my P2P Market order history
You can do this yourself:
- On the Wallet main menu, select ‘P2P Market’.
- Scroll down to ‘My Orders’.
- Select the ‘Completed’ filter.
In the order history, you’ll see an option to export the data using the corresponding button. You can download a document with your trading history for a specific month.
Can I edit the exported order history or delete specific orders from my statistics
No, orders cannot be deleted or edited in your statistics. The order history remains unchanged to ensure transparency and fairness on our platform.
I need a document for specific dates or for the entire year
Currently, you can only export your order history by month. If you need a document for a specific period or for the entire year, please contact us and we’ll provide the necessary information.
