What is P2P Express

P2P Express allows you to easily and quickly sell cryptocurrency to Trusted Merchants on the P2P Market.

How does it work

You choose a cryptocurrency, payment method and set the amount you want to sell, and we will find you an offer with the best price and fastest payment time.


Follow the steps below to sell via P2P Express:

  1. Select the desired cryptocurrency from the Wallet main menu and tap ‘More details’ or choose the desired cryptocurrency in the ‘Trade’ section.
  2. Tap the ‘Sell’ button.
  3. Select ‘P2P Express’.
  4. Choose an available fiat currency from the list.
  5. Enter the amount you want to sell and select a payment method on the next screen.
  6. Wait for a response from a merchant. It usually takes less than a minute.
  7. Once the buyer accepts the transaction, wait to receive payment within the specified time to the specified account.
  8. Check the payment receipt sent by the buyer, once they confirm the fund transfer. Then check the receipt of payment in your personal account inside the related payment service.
  9. Only after you received the funds in your payment account, confirm receipt of funds in Wallet by tapping "Confirm payment".

Why can’t I find the currency I need in P2P Express

If the required payment currency is not on the list, it means there are currently no active Express offers from merchants. In this case, you can check the P2P Market for Buy ads with your preferred currency. Click here to read how to sell crypto on the P2P Market.

How to get back to the active order if I closed the Wallet tab

If you closed Wallet or Telegram while selling via P2P Express, you can get back to your order in several ways:

  1. By tapping 'View order' in @wallet chat
  2. By tapping 'P2P Market' on Wallet’s main screen. You will be redirected to the P2P Market, where the active orders can be found in the 'My Orders' tab.

What is P2P Express

P2P Express is a new, simple and fast way for Wallet users to sell cryptocurrency to Trusted Merchants on the P2P Market. The seller is automatically matched with the best available offer based on the specified parameters — amount, currency, and payment method — with a payment timeout of 15 minutes. The transaction will be received by the merchant who accepts the request first.

Are P2P Express orders available for every buyer

P2P Express includes ads with a payment timeout of 15 minutes, only from buyers with the 'Trusted Merchant' status. Such buyers will have the opportunity to process more orders.

How does it work

The process of working with P2P Express orders is almost the same as with standard P2P orders. The only difference is that several merchants receive the order request, but it will be successfully created only with the one who accepts the request faster than others. The ‘Auto-Accept Orders’ option helps automate the trading process.

An example of the notification that buyers receive when an order is created:

New order OS-000 from P2P Express was requested on your ad.

For those who do not manage to accept the request, the order will be canceled. It will not affect their rating in any way.
