Are Collectibles the same as NFTs
All Collectibles within your TON Space are NFTs and can be sent to other users.
Collectibles, Jettons, NFTs – what is the difference
In a nutshell, Jettons can be owned by multiple users at a time, whereas NFTs belong to a sole owner. Collectibles is a section in your TON Space that contains your NFTs and promotional items.
Diving deeper, Jettons are assets that are tradeable on the TON Blockchain, such as jUSDT, and are commodities that can be exchanged with one another. Multiple users can hold jUSDT in their TON Space wallets at the same time.
NFTs, or non-fungible tokens, are unique assets on the TON Blockchain that can only be owned by one person at a time. For example, if you own an NFT representing a piece of art, you are the sole owner of that item. Two people cannot own the same NFT simultaneously.
In your TON Space, the Collectibles section will show any NFTs you own.
⚠️ Note: NFTs and Jettons can only be sent to other TON addresses. Custodial Wallet accounts do not support NFTs or Jettons, and if they are sent to Wallet accounts, they will be lost.
Where can I see my NFTs
You can see your NFTs in the Collectibles section of your TON Space.
How can I send my NFTs to my TON Space
You can send NFTs to your TON Space from any TON blockchain wallet. Other TON Space users can also send you NFTs to your TON Space address, and they will appear within your Collectibles section, usually within 30 seconds.
How can I send an NFT to a different user / to myself
You can send an NFT from your TON Space by tapping 'Send' on the NFT's Collectibles page and entering the recipient's TON blockchain address.
⚠️ Note: Receiving NFTs to your custodial Wallet address is not supported.
Is there a cost to send an NFT
If you are sending an NFT to a different TON address, there will be a network fee.
I am not able to withdraw an NFT from TON Space. I receive an error “You don’t have enough TON to pay for transfer fee”. What should I do
Every blockchain transaction requires a network fee for sending a transfer. All transfers in the TON blockchain pay a commission in TON, regardless of what is being transferred. For example, if you transfer a Notcoin voucher, you still need some TON to pay the network fee.
To ensure successful transfers of NFTs from TON Space, you need at least 1.05 TON in your TON Space wallet for the network fee.
If you don’t have enough TON in your balance, you can top up your TON Space in the following ways:
- Deposit TON from another wallet or from a centralized exchange (CEX). Your Telegram contacts can also transfer TON to you via a Telegram chat.
- Buy TON on the P2P Market in Wallet.
- Buy TON with your bank card in Wallet.
How to buy NFTs
You can use special websites to buy or sell NFTs. Below is an example NFT purchase from the getgems.io website.
Tap on “Connect Wallet”, and then tap on “Wallet on Telegram”.
Having connected your TON Space to the platform, you can purchase any of the offered NFTs.
I sent an NFT to my TON Space wallet, but don't see it in my 'Collectibles'. Why
NFTs, like anything sent over a blockchain, may appear in TON Space some time after the transaction is finalized. You can expect a delay of up to a few minutes to see your NFTs after they have been sent.
I obtained a Notcoin voucher and transferred it to my TON Space wallet. I don’t see it in my TON Space, even though the transaction is visible on the blockchain. What should I do
1. Check if the voucher was successfully sent to your TON Space address. You can do it via blockchain explorer, by entering your wallet address into the search bar. The voucher you need will be located under the ‘Collectibles’ tab.
2. If the Notcoin voucher was successfully credited to the wallet address and you see it in the blockchain, then please check that this voucher was sent from the official Notcoin community.
3. If you acquired the voucher from a non-official distributor, please make sure that the voucher is original. You can find out how to determine a real voucher here.
4. If you created the voucher between March 8 and April 1 and have not received it yet, and it is not reflected on the blockchain, please check your @notcoin_bot balance. It’s possible that the voucher wasn’t minted and the NOT was returned to your balance in the bot. Learn more

I received an NFT with a link to a third-party website, are such NFTs and websites legit
If you received an NFT with a link or a QR code, please be careful and do not click on the link, especially if you don’t trust the NFT sender. To secure your wallet, do not connect to unfamiliar or suspicious apps and do not confirm transactions without verifying the details.
TON Space provides NFTs on the TON blockchain, and does not bear responsibility for NFTs created by third-parties. TON Space is a non-custodial service, thus it is solely the owner’s responsibility to keep the assets safe.
I received an NFT with a link to airdrop. Is this a real airdrop
Make sure that you received the NFT from the official distributor on GetGems or other verified website. If they’re not from a trusted source, kindly ignore such NFT-s and do not click on the links.
To secure your wallet, do not connect to unfamiliar or suspicious apps and do not confirm transactions without verifying the details. Do not share your Secret Recovery Phrase or your Telegram account data, including phone number, login, password or the authentication code, with anyone.
Neither TON Space support nor Telegram support will ever request these data from you.
