NOT Vouchers

Purchased a Notcoin voucher, but haven’t received it yet. What to do

1. Check if the voucher was sent to the address on the TON blockchain. You can check the information in a blockchain explorer and input your wallet address into the search bar. The voucher will be located under the NFT tab.
2. If the Notcoin voucher was successfully credited to the wallet address and you see it in blockchain, then please:
   • Check that this voucher was sent from the official Notcoin community: http://getgems.io/notcoin
3. If you acquired the voucher from a non-official distributor, please make sure that this voucher is an original one:

4. If you created the voucher in the period between March 8 and April 1 and have not received it yet, and it is not reflected on the blockchain, please check your @notcoin_bot balance. It can be that the voucher wasn’t minted and the NOT returned to your account. Learn more

Obtained a Notcoin voucher and transferred it to TON Space or any other non-custodial wallet (e.g. Tonkeeper). I do not see it in my wallet, though the transaction is successful on the blockchain. What to do

Please make sure that you received this voucher from the official Notcoin community: http://getgems.io/notcoin

If you acquired the voucher from a non-official distributor, please make sure that this voucher is an original one.

The original vouchers will be visible both on blockchain addresses and in any non-custodial wallet, for example, TON Space or Tonkeeper. If you do not see the voucher in your wallet, but see it on the blockchain, then contact the sender of the voucher.

How to determine if a Notcoin voucher is real or fake

The real Notcoin vouchers are sent from the following address: EQDmkj65Ab_m0aZaW8IpKw4kYqIgITw_HRstYEkVQ6NIYCyW

This address belongs to the official Notcoin community.

If you trace the transaction history of Notcoin vouchers, you can see that they all were sent from this address.

How to do this:

You just need to input the transaction hash into the search field and trace the voucher transfers up to its very first transaction. In cases where the initial sender’s address is different from the above-mentioned address, we have a fake voucher.

Some more features to help you identify real Notcoin vouchers:

2. The official page has good-quality pictures, and the design is identical for all vouchers and is updated automatically for every existing voucher. Thus, in case you see a voucher with an old logotype, most likely this voucher is not an original one.

Below, the first picture shows an original NOT voucher, while the second one belongs to a fake voucher.

The design on the 2nd picture is no longer relevant — please be vigilant.

Sent my Notcoin voucher to TON Space or to any other non-custodial wallet (e.g. Tonkeeper), but it’s still not displayed in the wallet. What to do

All transactions, including Notcoin voucher transfers, can be traced on the blockchain with the help of a special explorer, for instance, TONScan.

First, make sure that you've sent the voucher to your TON Space/Tonkeeper address. To do this, copy your wallet address from TON Space/Tonkeeper and paste it into the search bar of a blockchain explorer:

1. Check the NFT tab. If the voucher is located under this tab, but you do not see it in your TON Space/Tonkeeper wallet, we recommend you to check this article
2. If you see neither the voucher in the NFT tab, nor a successful transaction on the blockchain, please contact the sender.

Withdrew a Notcoin voucher to Binance/ByBit/OKX, but still do not see it on my exchange account. What to do

Please make sure that the Notcoin voucher withdrawal to an exchange was successful in a blockchain explorer.

As far as we know, the majority of exchanges do not support Notcoin vouchers. Thus, if the transaction is successful on the blockchain, but the voucher is still not reflected on the exchange account, we advise you to contact the customer support of the exchange where it was sent to.

Exchanged Notcoin vouchers for NOT in the bot, but haven’t received the tokens. What to do

After exchange, NOT are credited to the balance in @notcoin_bot. It does not happen instantly, as there is a queue for token sending. If you haven't received the tokens, they might still be on their turn to be sent.

Please check if the voucher exchange is successful on the blockchain. If it is successful, check the information via Notcoin support chat.

Sent Notcoin vouchers to Wallet, but nothing arrived. What to do

Since Wallet does not support Notcoin vouchers, you will not see them on your account.

In this case we can send the vouchers from a Wallet account to any other provided address.

For this, you will need to fulfill certain requirements, outlined in the article about the jetton and NFT return.

How to withdraw NOT from @notcoin_bot to Wallet? Why do I connect "Wallet on Telegram", but another wallet gets connected instead

Currently it is not possible to connect Wallet to @notcoin_bot and withdraw NOT directly from there, as the option to place a withdrawal request in the app was available only until May 14.

When connecting a wallet to @notcoin_bot, you can see the Wallet on Telegram option. By tapping on this button, you connect your TON Space — a non-custodial wallet right inside Telegram, which you can use to interact with many apps and services within the TON ecosystem.

Placed a NOT withdrawal request to Wallet, but it wasn’t credited to my account. What could be the issue

We have credited NOT for all the withdrawal requests intended to Wallet, the jettons are already on your balance. If you do not see them in your Wallet, then check the balance at @notcoin_bot.

How to withdraw NOT to TON Space

Follow these instructions to withdraw NOT to TON Space: 

1. Click on the arrow next to your balance in @notcoin_bot.
2. Select "On-chain withdrawals" and confirm the action.
3. Confirm the withdrawal on the page with transaction details: the NOT amount you will receive on your wallet, the commission fee, and the approximate transaction time.

After withdrawal confirmation, your balance in the Notcoin app will show 0 Notcoin, and the updated transaction status will be displayed.

Withdrew NOT from @notcoin_bot to TON Space or to any other non-custodial wallet (e.g. Tonkeeper), but it wasn’t credited to my account. What to do

All transactions, including NOT jetton transfers, can be traced in blockchain with the help of a special explorer, for instance, TONScan.

Please make sure that the NOT transfer from the Notcoin bot to TON Space was successful in blockchain explorer.

If the transaction is still not reflected in the blockchain, most likely it was not sent from @notcoin_bot. You can always see the withdrawal’s ongoing status in the app.

How long does the NOT transfer from @notcoin_bot to Wallet or TON Space take

NOT withdrawals from the Notcoin bot take up to 7 working days. In some situations, withdrawals to Wallet can take longer than usual.

If more than 10 days have passed, but the transaction is still missing in the blockchain, please check your @notcoin_bot balance. It's likely that the withdrawal wasn't successful and was canceled by the sender app.

Withdrew NOT from Wallet to a wrong address, how to cancel the transaction

You cannot cancel actions taken via blockchain, these transactions are irreversible by nature. If you know the address owner, you can try to contact the receiver, explain the situation and ask to return NOT.

Withdrew NOT from Wallet to Binance/ByBit/OKX exchange without a comment (tag/memo) and lost my jettons. How to retrieve them

A memo guarantees that NOT will be credited to your account on the exchange. If this special comment was not indicated, the exchange will not be able to identify your transaction and credit it to your account.

All blockchain transactions are irreversible, thus we advise you first to contact the customer support of the exchange where you sent NOT to, and explain the situation.

Most probably, the exchange will ask you to provide the transaction information. Please provide all requested evidence, so that they could easily find your transaction. The proof is usually the withdrawal transaction hash.

• The transaction hash can be found in Wallet’s main menu in the Transaction History. Please, find the required withdrawal and click on it.
• In the transaction tab, tap on "View in Blockchain Explorer".
• You can find the TX hash, which must be provided to the exchange, on the opened explorer website.

The receiving exchange will check the information and let you know if it is possible to retrieve the jettons.

Where to find the memo, and how to input it when withdrawing NOT from Wallet to an exchange

The required tag or memo can be found in your profile on the exchange.

You can enter a comment on the transaction confirmation screen. Follow this link to check the video tutorial for sending with a comment.

Transferred NOT from Binance/ByBit/OKX exchange to Wallet, but do not see the transaction on my balance. What to do

Please make sure that:

1. The NOT withdrawal from the exchange to Wallet is successful and is not under the exchange’s review.

2. The withdrawal transaction is successful on the blockchain. You can check this via a blockchain explorer.

3. You indicated the correct Wallet receiving address. You can check your address for a required crypto in Wallet’s main menu using "Add Crypto" → "External Wallet".

4. The transaction is on review, thus we need more time to credit it. You can read more about the transaction review here.

If the blockchain transaction is successful, and you have provided the correct address, but the funds have not reached your Wallet account, contact our support team.

What is the difference between Wallet and TON Space

With Wallet, you do not need to remember your Seed phrase, since it is accessed from the bound Telegram account.

Wallet allows you to buy and sell crypto on the P2P Market for convenient exchange rates, buy crypto with a bank card, and swap TON, USDT, BTC or NOT.

Moreover, Wallet regularly offers users unique opportunities to receive extra bonuses or participate in various promotions.

Notcoin transactions in TON Space

Transferred NOT from TON Space to the exchange, but the jettons are not deposited. What to do

Please make sure that:

1. NOT withdrawal from TON Space is successful on the blockchain. 
2. You have indicated the correct withdrawal address and comment for the transfer (memo/tag) in accordance with the exchange instructions. The required tag or memo can be found in your profile on the exchange.

If the transaction is successful and you have indicated the required comment, but the crypto has not arrived in your account on the exchange, we recommend contacting the support of the service where Notcoin was sent to (for example, Binance, Bybit, OKX).

Transferred NOT from TON Space to Wallet, but the jettons are not deposited. What to do

If the transaction is successful in the blockchain, but you did not receive NOT in Wallet, there might be a following situation:

- The transaction is being reviewed, so it takes longer to be credited. Learn more about the transaction review here. 

- NOT were sent to a restricted account. For example, Wallet is available only for users who are at least 18 years old. If the account owner is a minor, then NOT will not be credited. Learn more about possible situations with restricted access here.

Sent NOT/a Notcoin voucher to another Telegram user via TON Space, but they did not receive it. What to do

For the tokens or Notcoin voucher to be credited, the recipient needs to accept the transfer in their TON Space. 

If the user declines the transfer, the transaction will be returned to your TON Space.

Sent NOT/a Notcoin voucher via TON Space to another Telegram user, can I cancel it

Transactions on the blockchain become irreversible once sent. If the recipient fails to claim the transfer within 14 days or it is rejected, it will be sent back to you.

Sent NOT from TON Space to an exchange without a tag/memo, but did not receive it on the account. What should I do

The memo or tag helps identify the transaction when the exchange receives it. A memo guarantees that the crypto will be credited to your account on the exchange. The memo can be found in your personal profile on the exchange.

All transactions in the blockchain are irreversible, so we recommend contacting the support service of the exchange where you sent the Notcoins and explain the situation to the team.

Most likely, the exchange will ask you to provide the transaction information. Please provide all requested proofs, so the transaction is found faster. The proof is usually the withdrawal transaction hash.

• The transaction hash can be found in the Transaction History of TON Space. Please find the required withdrawal and tap on it.
• In the transaction tab, tap on “View in Blockchain Explorer”.
• You can find the TX hash on the opened explorer website.

The exchange will check the information and let you know about the possibility of returning the sent tokens.

Sent a Notcoin voucher from TON Space to the exchange, it didn’t arrive in my account, what should I do

Notcoin Voucher is an NFT on the Toncoin blockchain. Exchanges do not support NFTs on TON, so if you sent a voucher to the account, you will not see it in your balance. 

In this case, we recommend contacting the support of the exchange so that they can let you know about the possible solution.

How long does the NOT transfer from a non-custodial wallet (like Tonkeeper) to TON Space or to any other non-custodial wallet take

On average, the NOT deposit waiting time to a non-custodial wallet address is between 2 to 5 minutes. In rare cases, it may take more time, depending on the network load.

If more than 2-5 minutes have passed, but the transaction is still missing in the network, please check the status of your transfer in the service where you sent NOT from. It's likely that the transaction is still on review from their side.

What is the difference between Wallet and TON Space

TON Space grants a user full control over the crypto assets, stored on the blockchain address. Only the user has control over the private keys. 

Access to wallet, ownership and security control via Seed phrase are the main features of using non-custodial wallets. This provides you with bigger opportunities in ensuring the safety of your crypto assets, but also entails bigger responsibility.

TON Space gives you the opportunity to send and receive any Jettons and NFTs minted on TON, swap them and connect to decentralized applications (DApps).

Questions about Notcoin and @notcoin_bot

Can’t withdraw NOT from TON Space or from any other non-custodial wallet (e.g. Tonkeeper). What to do

Notcoin is a jetton on the Toncoin blockchain. When transfering in the TON ecosystem, you pay a network fee. Network fees for transfers are always paid in TON, regardless of the jetton that you are sending.

If you can’t withdraw NOT from a non-custodial wallet, make sure you have enough TON to cover the network fee. 

You can purchase TON and withdraw it to the address you need on the P2P Market in Wallet.

Can’t connect a wallet to @notcoin_bot. What to do

If the "Connect wallet" button does not respond to pressing, try updating Telegram and completely restarting the application. Rebooting your device also helps fix the wallet link button

What can I do with NOT

You can use NOT in many services and projects despite its recent release. Below you can find some examples.

In Wallet you can:

1. Exchange jettons for TON, USDT, or BTC;
2. Buy or sell NOT in the P2P Market to Telegram users. Before starting your trading journey, please get acquainted with the P2P Market’s Terms of Use.
3. Receive a reward in NOT by participating in Wallet Earn;
4. Send NOT to Telegram users without fee;
5. Pay for goods and services in NOT via Wallet Pay.

With NOT, you can also: 

• Charge the Battery in Tonkeeper. This will help you make fee-free transactions. Learn more here.

How to stake NOT

In @notcoin_bot you can stake your NOT. For this, just tap on the "Level up to earn more" button. You can withdraw NOT from staking by linking a non-custodial wallet.

Withdrew NOT from staking, but no transaction came. What to do

The withdrawal from staking to a wallet can take up to 24 hours; most likely, the transaction has not yet been confirmed due to high load. 

Once the withdrawal from staking is successful, you will receive NOT to the specified address.

How to connect TON Space or any other non-custodial wallet (e.g. Tonkeeper) in @notcoin_bot

Go to @notcoin_bot, tap on the "Connect wallet" button and select the required wallet in the pop-up window. 

If you want to link TON Space, then select Wallet on Telegram from the app list. 

Next, you will be transferred to the chosen app, where you need to confirm the wallet connection to @notcoin_bot. 

Before linking an address to @notcoin_bot, please make sure that you have access to the selected wallet.

Lost access to the Telegram account, created a new one, but no balance in @notcoin_bot. What to do

Neither Wallet nor the Notcoin team will be able to help restore access to the lost NOT balance. This is because the access to @notcoin_bot is granted via Telegram, so if you create a new account, then you will have a new profile registered in the bot.

The security of your account and balance on your @notcoin_bot profile is solely in your hands.

Therefore, if you decide to delete your Telegram account, we strongly recommend withdrawing your NOT balance from @notcoin_bot to a wallet with full access. For example, TON Space.

Telegram banned my number. How do I get my NOT back

Unfortunately, we will not be able to help you regain access to your Telegram account. If you lose access to your Telegram account, we recommend contacting the Telegram support about the possibility of restoring access. 

Only after access to Telegram is restored will you be able to see NOT on your balance in @notcoin_bot.

Why does the NOT Price always change

The NOT price can fluctuate quite a bit in both directions because of the token's volatility.

This volatility can impact its exchange rate, influenced by various factors including market conditions, demand, and liquidity. You can see the accurate rate for the token on CoinMarketCap.
