How can I exchange my crypto

  1. Tap the "Exchange" icon in Wallet's main menu
  2. Choose the cryptocurrency you wish to exchange. You can tap the two arrows to switch the crypto for exchange


  3. Review the order carefully
  4. Tap "Confirm and exchange".

Why has the exchange rate changed upon confirmation

The price of any cryptocurrency can significantly fluctuate in both directions because of the volatility. This volatility can impact the coin’s exchange rate, influenced by various factors including market conditions, demand, and liquidity.

We show the exchange rate based on the rate from the CoinMarketCap website plus the transaction fee. See the applicable exchange fees here.


Do I need to pass KYC to exchange crypto

Yes, it might be required. Identity check is a standard procedure of all custodial crypto services. Since Wallet must meet AML / CTF (Anti-Money Laundering / Counter-Terrorist Financing) requirements, we need to conduct customer identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer). You can check more details on the necessity of KYC here.

At any point during your use of our service, Wallet may request from you additional information for analysis. For example, it may be identity verification, proof of address or source of funds, or source of wealth document. In such a case, we will send you a notification in the chat with Wallet with the further instructions.


Exchanges are not available in my region, what should I do

The exchange feature may be restricted for certain regions. If exchanges are not available for you, try using other features within Wallet or TON Space:

1. Buy or sell crypto on the P2P Market

2. Buy crypto with a bank card

3. Swap crypto in TON Space.

In accordance with the User Agreement, Wallet reserves the right to select markets and jurisdictions where any specific product function is available. See the list of countries, where Wallet is not available, here.
