What is DOGS

DOGS is a memecoin in the TON blockchain distributed by the official Dogs mini app, which has over 50 million users. Dogs is an independent app with no affiliation to the Wallet team.

We are glad to announce that DOGS is now available in Wallet.

Are Wallet and Dogs affiliated

No, Wallet and Dogs are not affiliated. The Dogs Bot simply allows you to connect a TON wallet (like your TON Space account) to their mini app in order to receive DOGS tokens to it and to be able to participate in possible Dogs promotions in the future.

How do I get DOGS

If you participated in the DOGS airdrop, you had the option to send your balance from the Dogs app to Wallet. This option was available starting from the 16th to 23th of August. 

If you didn’t participate in the airdrop, you can get DOGS via purchasing them on the P2P Market. Read more.

When will I see my DOGS balance in Wallet

If you earlier connected your Wallet with the Dogs bot and created a successful DOGS withdrawal request, your DOGS should already be displayed in Wallet balance.

Please be aware that the distribution of DOGS from @dogshouse_bot to Wallet ended on August 23. Only the official @dogshouse_bot was responsible for distributing DOGS. Offers from any bots or users claiming to distribute DOGS tokens cannot be verified and you should ignore them.

When will DOGS be listed in Wallet

DOGS has been listed in Wallet since August 26.

Do I need to pass KYC to add DOGS to my Wallet

You could apply to receive DOGS to Wallet until August 23, currently this option is closed, and it will not be possible to pass verification and confirm the request.

Where will I see my DOGS balance

The total balance of all your assets is displayed at the top of the main screen, and below, the individual balances for each asset in your Wallet.

In order to check your DOGS balance, expand the asset list by tapping ‘More assets’.

How to deposit, and which address to choose when depositing DOGS

You simply need to choose DOGS in the list of assets to receive your deposit address. Detailed instructions on how to top up your Wallet can be found here.

Since DOGS operates in the TON blockchain, you will need to use a TON address for deposit. 

Don't forget to specify memo/comment when you send DOGS to exchanges.

Use your TON wallet address only for performing operations with TON, USDT (TON), NOT, and DOGS. Depositing other assets might lead to their loss. Wallet does not support NFTs or other jettons. For more information on depositing assets to Wallet, check our related article.

What will I be able to do with my DOGS

You are able to store, exchange, buy and sell DOGS for other jettons and currencies.


  • Storing

You can hold on to the DOGS in your balance, allowing you to sell or exchange them later.

  • Exchanging

You can convert your DOGS jettons to another cryptocurrency supported by Wallet, such as Bitcoin, Toncoin, USDT, or Notcoin. Likewise, you can exchange other cryptocurrencies in your Wallet for DOGS, using the applicable exchange rate.

  • Buying

If you prefer not to exchange your other cryptos or would prefer to buy DOGS with fiat currency, you can use Wallet's P2P Market to purchase DOGS directly from other users. For more details, check out our guide to buying crypto through the P2P Market.

  • Selling

The P2P Market also lets you trade DOGS for fiat currency with other Wallet users. If it’s your first time, be sure to review our guide on selling crypto through the P2P Market.


You will also be able to send DOGS to external addresses or Telegram users.

How to withdraw DOGS from my Wallet

Before withdrawal, please ensure that the service that hosts the recipient’s wallet supports DOGS and the TON blockchain, since DOGS is a jetton belonging to the TON ecosystem.

Note: If you send DOGS to an exchange, you also need to indicate a memo/comment before sending, otherwise you risk losing your funds. This is a requirement of exchanges to be able to identify your transfer on their side. The required memo can be found in your profile on a specific exchange. You need to specify it in the ‘Comment, tag or memo’ field when confirming your withdrawal in Wallet.

Can I transfer DOGS to my TON Space wallet

Yes, since DOGS is a jetton in the TON blockchain, you certainly have the option to send it to your non-custodial TON Space wallet from your DOGS balance in Wallet.

How long does it take to transfer DOGS from another address to TON Space

On average, the DOGS deposit waiting time to a non-custodial wallet address is between 2 to 5 minutes. In rare cases, it may take more time, depending on the network load.

If more than 2-5 minutes have passed, but the transaction is still missing in the network, please check the status of your transfer in the service where you sent DOGS from. It's likely that the transaction is still on review from their side.

How can I withdraw DOGS from the Dogs bot to Wallet

The option to withdraw DOGS from @dogshouse_bot to Wallet was available only from August 16 to 23.

The option to withdraw DOGS to non-custodial wallets, like TON Space, was available from August 26 to September 18.

Now it is no longer possible to withdraw DOGS. See more details about the process in the project news.

How can I withdraw DOGS from the Dogs bot to TON Space

The option to withdraw from @dogshouse_bot to TON Space was available only from August 26 to September 18.

If you did not do this before September 18, it is no longer possible to withdraw DOGS from the Dogs app. Read more what you can do with the remaining DOGS tokens.

I withdrew DOGS to Wallet, but haven’t received my tokens yet

Withdrawals of DOGS to Wallet were available only until August 23. The DOGS jettons have been successfully distributed among those clients who managed to select Wallet for DOGS claim. The DOGS distribution process has already finished, and all the jettons have been credited to user balances.

It’s likely that DOGS haven’t been credited to your balance after August 23, since you were not eligible for token claim. Learn more

I withdrew DOGS to TON Space, but haven’t received my tokens yet

The withdrawal process of DOGS to non-custodial wallets could take up to 3 weeks. You will receive your DOGS to TON Space before September 26, if the withdrawal is successful.

If DOGS are not credited to your TON Space after September 26, and if the transaction is still missing in the blockchain, please check the status of your transfer in @dogshouse_bot. You can also contact the DOGS support chat - they will be able to provide details on your withdrawal.

How can I check the withdrawal status

You can see the current status of your DOGS withdrawal in the Dogs app. If the transaction appears as successful in the app, check whether the transfer record from Dogs bot to TON Space is also successful in the blockchain. To do this, input your address, where you wish to receive DOGS, and check if the deposit is present in a blockchain explorer, for instance, TONScan.

If the transaction still does not appear in the blockchain, contact the DOGS support chat - they will be able to provide details on your withdrawal.

How can I connect a TON Space wallet to the Dogs bot

At the moment, it is not possible to connect TON Space to @dogshouse_bot.

Earlier I tried to connect Wallet to withdraw my DOGS but got the error message “Unable to Link Wallet”

If you received this notification, you were not able to withdraw DOGS to Wallet as you did not pass the verification successfully. You had to choose another option for DOGS withdrawal before September 18.

If you did not manage to choose another withdrawal option before September 18, then you will not be able to withdraw your DOGS from the Dogs app anymore. Read more what you can do with the remaining DOGS tokens.

Earlier I connected Dogs to Wallet, but the access has been restricted. Where are my DOGS? Will I receive them to Wallet

Your DOGS balance was supposed to be returned to @dogshouse_bot, if access was restricted after you linked your Wallet to Dogs.

The option to withdraw DOGS from @dogshouse_bot to Wallet was available only from August 16 to 23.

The option to withdraw DOGS to non-custodial wallets, like TON Space, was available from August 26 to September 18.

I used the Dogs app and was earning DOGS on two Telegram accounts. Can I withdraw DOGS from both accounts to one Wallet

No, you can’t. Each Wallet is linked to its specific Telegram account, connected by a unique Telegram ID. When connecting Wallet to Dogs from one Telegram account, you will connect the specific Wallet account linked to your Telegram ID. You will not be able to connect to another Wallet from a different Telegram profile.

In accordance with the User Agreement, you can have only one Wallet account. Even if you have multiple Telegram accounts, you can only have one account in Wallet.

I accidentally created a TON Space account when choosing a wallet in Dogs. I don’t need it anymore; how can I delete it

TON Space is a non-custodial wallet in the TON blockchain, and it is not possible to delete anything from a blockchain forever. That said, if you do not need the wallet anymore, you can remove it from your Wallet account by following the instructions from here.

I participated in tasks from the Dogs bot but haven’t received any DOGS

If you used the Dogs bot but didn't receive any jettons during the distribution, it might be due to one of the following reasons:

1. You didn’t connect a wallet in the Dogs mini app. It's possible that you connected a wallet from another app or connected your TON Space instead of your Wallet account.

2. You didn't participate in enough Dogs tasks to receive a reward. The Dogs team has full control over the criteria they used to distribute DOGS. It’s likely that you do not meet the criteria and are not eligible to receive any DOGS jettons.

Similarly, if the Dogs team had reason to believe you violated the rules of their contest, they may have excluded you from the airdrop — even if you completed more tasks than other users. In either case, Wallet is unable to assist those excluded from the airdrop, as Wallet is not affiliated with the Dogs team.
