What are X Empire and its jetton (X)

X Empire is a popular Play-to-Earn game on Telegram with over 35 million players. X Empire is an independent mini app with no affiliation to the Wallet team.

X is the official token of the X Empire project.and a jetton on the TON blockchain distributed by X Empire among its players, and is available in Wallet.

Are Wallet and X Empire affiliated

No, Wallet and X Empire are not affiliated. Wallet only allows users to receive, exchange and store token on their Wallet balances.

X Empire also has а community group chat where you may be able to find more information.

How do I get X

Before the official distribution by X Empire you could get X in their official app of @empirebot.

Starting from 24 October you can receive X with the Exchange option in Wallet. Read more about the exchange of X.

When will I see my X balance in Wallet

If you have successfully created an X claim request to your Wallet account in the X Empire bot, your X balance should already appear in your Wallet account.

Please be aware that the distribution of X to Wallet ended on 23 October, only the official @empirebot (also accessible via @muskempire_bot) was responsible for distributing X tokens. Offers from any other bots or any users claiming to have X tokens cannot be verified and might cause you losses or damages for which Wallet cannot be held responsible.

Do I need to pass KYC to add X to my Wallet

You could apply to receive X to Wallet until October 23, currently this option is closed, and it will not be possible to pass verification and confirm the request.

Where and when will I see my X balance

If you have successfully created an X claim request to your Wallet account in the X Empire bot, your X balance should already appear in your Wallet account.

In order to check your X balance, expand the asset list by tapping ‘More assets’. If you don’t see an X balance, make sure you connected your Wallet in the X Empire mini app.

Since X operates in the TON blockchain, you will need to use a TON address for deposit. 

Use your TON address for performing operations with TON-issued cryptocurrencies and jettons supported by Wallet like Toncoin, USDT (Tether), Notcoin, DOGS, HMSTR, and X jettons. Sending unsupported crypto may lead to a failed deposit or loss of jettons. Learn more

Which address to choose when depositing X

You need to use a TON network address to deposit X. To see the X deposit address:

1. Select ‘X Empire’ in Wallet’s main menu.

2. Tap the “Receive” button.

3. After that, your X deposit address, along with a QR code, will be displayed. Copy this address and paste it into the "receiving address" field of the exchange or wallet from where you intend to send X. Alternatively, you can use your device's camera to scan the QR code.

Can I exchange X

Yes, you can exchange (swap) X for other assets supported by Wallet, such as Bitcoin, Toncoin, USDT, Notcoin, DOGS, or HMSTR. Likewise, you can exchange other supported cryptocurrencies in your Wallet for X. Learn more about applied conversion fees here.

Can I send X to another user in Telegram

Yes, you will be able to send X to other Telegram users free of charge once it becomes available in Wallet.

Can I buy and sell X on the P2P Market

No, it is not possible to buy or sell X jettons on the P2P Market. You can always exchange X for other cryptocurrencies and sell those crypto assets to other users on the P2P Market. Read more

Can I buy X with a bank card

No, it is not possible to buy X jettons with a bank card.

How to withdraw X from Wallet

You can check the instructions on how to withdraw funds from Wallet here.

Before withdrawal, please ensure that the service that hosts the recipient’s wallet supports X and the TON blockchain, since X is a jetton belonging to the TON ecosystem.

Note: If you send X to an exchange, you also need to indicate a memo/comment before sending, otherwise you risk losing your funds. This is a requirement of exchanges to be able to identify your transfer on their side. The required memo can be found in your profile on a specific exchange. You need to specify it in the ‘Comment, tag or memo’ field when confirming your withdrawal in Wallet.

Can I send X to my TON Space wallet

Yes, since X is a jetton issued on the TON blockchain, you certainly have the option to send it from your Wallet account to non-custodial TON wallets, such as the one in your TON Space.

Will there be a cost to send X via TON Space

Yes, there is a network fee. When sending X jettons to a different TON wallet via TON Space, there will be a network fee charged in TON.

How can I withdraw X from X Empire app to Wallet

The option to withdraw X from @empirebot to Wallet was available only from October 18 to 23.

The option to withdraw X to non-custodial wallets, like TON Space is available from October 24.

My X transfer still hasn't appeared in Wallet. When will my X tokens reach Wallet

If you have successfully created an X claim request to your Wallet account in the X Empire bot, your X balance should already appear in your Wallet account. If tokens were not received please check your balance in X Empire.

I tried to connect my Wallet to the X Empire app, but got the error message “Unable to Link Wallet”

If you received this notification, you were not able to withdraw X to Wallet as you did not pass the verification successfully.

You can withdraw X to a non-custodial wallet, for example, to your TON Space starting from 24 October.

I did not pass the identity check when connecting Wallet to X Empire, where are my X tokens

Your X jettons were returned to @empirebot.

You can choose another way to receive your balance in the official X Empire app. Please follow the official X Empire channel for updates.

I failed to connect Wallet to X Empire. Can I redo the identification process

The identity check can only be done once.

If your verification process was not completed successfully, then please go to @empirebot and choose a different withdrawal option to receive your X jettons.

I failed to connect Wallet to X Empire. How else can I withdraw my X from @empirebot

In such a case, you can choose any other convenient way to receive X via @empirebot. Please follow the official X Empire channel for updates.

I've connected X Empire to Wallet, but my Wallet access is restricted now. Where are my X tokens

Your X jettons should be returned to @empirebot.

If access was restricted after you linked your Wallet account to X Empire, your X jettons will become available once again in @empirebot and you will be able to withdraw them to other available options offered by X Empire, like a non-custodial TON wallet, such as TON Space. I played X Empire and was earning X on two Telegram accounts. Can I withdraw X from both accounts to one Wallet

No, you can’t. Each Wallet account is linked to a specific Telegram account, connected by a unique Telegram ID. When connecting your Wallet account to X Empire from one Telegram account, you will connect the specific Wallet account linked to your Telegram ID. You will not be able to connect to the same or another Wallet account from a different Telegram profile.

Even if you have multiple Telegram accounts, you can only have one account in Wallet, in accordance with the User Agreement. To withdraw the X jettons from your other Telegram account, you will need to select a different method offered by X Empire in the X Empire app.

Earlier I connected a wallet to @empirebot by pasting its TON address. Which wallet is it? Will I receive X to this address

It sounds like you pasted the wallet address of your TON Space, rather than linking your Wallet account.

From October 18 to 23, you could claim your X jettons to your Wallet account from @empirebot. Wallet is a custodial platform that allows you to store, purchase, exchange and sell different supported crypto assets. Starting from October 23, your claimed X jettons should appear in your Wallet account.

Also, starting from October 24, you can withdraw X jettons from @empirebot to a non-custodial TON address, such as TON Space.

I want to withdraw X from @empirebot to my Wallet, not my TON Space

The option to claim your X jettons from @empirebot to your Wallet account was available from October 18 to 23.

After October 24, you can withdraw X to a non-custodial address, such as TON Space.

I want to withdraw X from @empirebot to TON Space

The option to withdraw to TON Space or any other TON became available on October 24. Please follow X Empire for more information on the distribution process of X tokens.

I accidentally created a TON Space account when choosing a wallet in X Empire. I don’t need it anymore, how can I delete it

TON Space facilitates the creation and provides you with an interface to access your non-custodial wallet on the TON blockchain, and it is not possible to delete anything from a blockchain forever.

With TON Space you can take part in various promotions within the TON ecosystem or participate in Fragment auctions and purchase or sell Telegram usernames, or buy Telegram ads.

If you do not need the TON Space wallet, you can remove it by following these instructions.


We recommend that you save your Secret Recovery Phrase, so that you can access TON wallet again at any time through TON Space or any other web3 app. You can also turn onemail recovery — in this case you will always be able to log in to TON Space from the linked Telegram account — no need to input your 24 words every time. I played X Empire but haven’t received any X jettons

If you played X Empire but received no jettons in the airdrop it could be for the following reasons:

1. You never connected a TON wallet in the X Empire mini app.

Go to the 'Airdrop' section of X Empire and make sure that you connected a TON wallet through the available options. If you already had a wallet connected, check which one you specified — it's possible you connected a wallet from another app, or used your TON Space instead.

2. You didn’t qualify for rewards in the X Empire game.

The X Empire team has full control over the criteria they used to distribute X to their players. You may not have met X Empire’s criteria, thus you were not eligible to receive any jettons to your address.

3. You violated the X Empire rules.

If the X Empire team had reason to believe you violated the rules, they may have excluded your account from the X airdrop. We recommend that you contact the X Empire support for details.
