What is Major? What is the MAJOR token

Major is a popular Play-to-Earn game on Telegram with over 33 million players. Major is an independent mini app with no affiliation to the Wallet team.

MAJOR is the project's official token and a jetton on the TON blockchain, and is available in Wallet.

Are Wallet and Major affiliated

No, Wallet and Major are not affiliated. Wallet only allows users to receive, exchange and store the MAJOR tokens on their Wallet balances.

Major also has а community group chat where you may be able to find more information.

How do I get MAJOR

Before the official distribution by the Major team you could get MAJOR in their official app of @major.

Starting from November 28 you can receive MAJOR with the Exchange option in Wallet. Read more about the exchange of MAJOR.

When will I see my MAJOR balance in Wallet

If you have successfully created a MAJOR claim request to your Wallet account in the Major bot, your MAJOR balance should already appear in your Wallet account.

Please be aware that the distribution of MAJOR to Wallet ended on November 25, and only the official @major bot (also accessible via @starmajorbot) was responsible for distributing MAJOR tokens. Offers from any other bots or any users claiming to have MAJOR tokens cannot be verified and might cause you losses or damages for which Wallet cannot be held responsible.

Do I need to pass KYC to add MAJOR to my Wallet account

You could apply to receive MAJOR to Wallet until November 25, currently this option is closed, and it will not be possible to pass verification and confirm the request.

Where and when will I see my MAJOR balance

If you have successfully created a MAJOR claim request to your Wallet account in the @major bot, your MAJOR balance should already appear in your Wallet account.

In order to check your MAJOR balance, expand the asset list by tapping ‘More assets’. If you don’t see a MAJOR balance, make sure you connected your Wallet in the official Major mini app.

Since the MAJOR jetton is issued on the TON blockchain, you will need to use a TON address for deposits. 

Use your TON address for performing operations with TON-issued cryptocurrencies and jettons supported by Wallet (like Toncoin, USDT (TON), Notcoin, DOGS, HMSTR, X, and MAJOR jettons). Using the wrong address may lead to a failed deposit or loss of jettons. Learn more

Which address to choose when depositing MAJOR

You need to use a TON network address to deposit MAJOR. To see the MAJOR deposit address:

  1. Select ‘MAJOR’ in Wallet’s main menu.
  2. Tap the ‘Receive’ button.
  3. After that, your MAJOR deposit address, along with a QR code, will be displayed. Copy this address and paste it into the ‘receiving address’ field of the exchange or wallet from which you intend to send MAJOR. Alternatively, you can use your mobile device's camera to scan the QR code.

Can I exchange MAJOR for other jettons

Yes, you can exchange (swap) MAJOR for other assets supported by Wallet, such as Bitcoin, Toncoin, USDT, Notcoin, DOGS, HMSTR, or X. Likewise, you can exchange other supported cryptocurrencies in your Wallet for MAJOR. Learn more about applied conversion fees here.

How to withdraw MAJOR from Wallet

You can withdraw assets from Wallet by following these instructions.

Before withdrawal, please ensure that the service that hosts the recipient’s wallet supports MAJOR jettons and the TON blockchain, since MAJOR is a jetton issued on the TON network.

Note: If you send MAJOR to an external crypto-asset exchange, you need to indicate a memo/comment before sending. This is a requirement of exchanges for them to identify your transfer on their side, otherwise you risk losing your funds. You need to find the memo in your profile on the specific exchange and specify the memo in the ‘Comment, tag or memo’ field when confirming your withdrawal.

Can I send MAJOR to my wallet in TON Space

Yes, since MAJOR is a jetton issued on the TON blockchain, you have the option to send it from your Wallet account to non-custodial TON wallets, such as the one in your TON Space.

Will there be a cost to send MAJOR via TON Space

Yes, there is a network fee. When sending MAJOR jettons to a different TON wallet via TON Space, there will be a network fee charged in TON.

The option to withdraw MAJOR from the @major bot to Wallet was available only from November 21 to 25.

The option to change the MAJOR claim method was available in the @major bot from November 21 to 25. If you chose a non-custodial wallet, like TON Space, as your withdrawal option, you will not be able to change it at the moment either.

My MAJOR transfer still hasn't appeared in Wallet. When will my MAJOR tokens reach Wallet

If you have successfully created a MAJOR claim request to your Wallet account in the @major bot, your MAJOR balance should already appear in your Wallet account. If tokens were not received please check your balance in Major.

I tried to connect my Wallet to the Major app, but got the error message “Unable to Link Wallet”

If you received such a message, you were not able to withdraw MAJOR to your Wallet account, as you did not pass the verification successfully. You can withdraw MAJOR to a non-custodial wallet starting from 27 November, provided that you previously chose the non-custodial wallet withdrawal option.

I did not pass the identity check when connecting Wallet to Major, where are my MAJOR tokens

The identity check can only be done once.

I've connected the Major app to Wallet, but my Wallet access is restricted now. Where are my MAJOR jettons

Your MAJOR jettons should be returned to the @major bot.

If access was restricted after you linked your Wallet account to the Major app, your MAJOR jettons will become available once again in @major. You will be able to withdraw them to a non-custodial TON wallet, such as TON Space, provided that you previously chose the non-custodial wallet withdrawal option. Read more about TON Space

I played Major and was earning MAJOR on two Telegram accounts. Can I withdraw MAJOR from both accounts to one Wallet account

No, you can’t. Each Wallet account is linked to a specific Telegram account, connected by a unique Telegram ID. When connecting your Wallet account to the Major app from one Telegram account, you will connect the specific Wallet account linked to your Telegram ID. You will not be able to connect to the same or another Wallet account from a different Telegram profile.

Even if you have multiple Telegram accounts, you can only have one account in Wallet, in accordance with the User Agreement. To withdraw the MAJOR jettons from your other Telegram account, you will need to select a different method offered by Major in the Major app.

Earlier I connected a wallet to @major by pasting a TON address. Which wallet is it? Will I receive MAJOR to this address

It sounds like you pasted the wallet address of your TON Space, rather than linking your Wallet account. If so, you will receive your MAJOR jettons, but not immediately. You can read about TON Space and how to use it here.

From November 21 to 25, you could claim your MAJOR jettons to your Wallet account from the @major bot. Wallet is a custodial platform that allows you to store, purchase, exchange and sell different supported crypto assets.

Also, starting from November 27, you can withdraw MAJOR jettons from @major to a non-custodial TON address, such as through TON Space.

I want to withdraw MAJOR from @major to my Wallet account, not my TON Space

The option to claim your MAJOR jettons from the @major bot to your Wallet account was available from November 21 to 25.

After November 27, you can withdraw MAJOR to a non-custodial address, such as through TON Space, provided that you previously chose the non-custodial wallet withdrawal option.

I want to withdraw MAJOR from @major to TON Space

The option to withdraw to TON Space or any other TON wallet is available only to those who have previously chosen the non-custodial wallet withdrawal option.

First you will need to connect your TON Space to Major. To do it:

  • Go to the ‘AirDrop’ section in the @major bot
  • Tap the ‘Claim’ button, and then tap “Ok”
  • Tap the ‘Connect Wallet’ button
  • Tap ‘Open Wallet in Telegram’
  • Confirm the connection

If you did not previously have TON Space, you will be prompted to create it. Make sure to save your 24-word secret phrase securely. Without it, you may lose access to the wallet you just created.

I created a TON Space account when choosing a wallet in Major. I don’t need it anymore, how can I delete it

TON Space facilitates the creation of a non-custodial wallet on the TON blockchain and provides you with an interface to access it. Because these wallets are part of the TON blockchain, it is impossible to delete them permanently.

With TON Space you can take part in various promotions within the TON ecosystem or participate in Fragment auctions and purchase or sell Telegram usernames, or buy Telegram ads.

If you do not need the TON Space wallet, you can remove it from your Wallet interface by following these instructions.

We recommend that you save your Secret Recovery Phrase, so that you can access the TON wallet again at any time through TON Space or any other web3 app. You can also turn on email recovery so that you will always be able to log in to TON Space from its linked Telegram account — no need to input your 24 words every time. I played Major but haven’t received any MAJOR jettons

If you played Major but received no jettons, it could be that you didn’t meet Major's criteria to receive MAJOR.

The Major team has full control over the criteria they used to distribute MAJOR to their players. If you have questions about the coins you received, we recommend contacting the Major support for details.
